He earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Nebraska. He attended Creighton Law School and received the Oshner Award. He received the City Slicker Dining Award for Excellence at Authentic Italian Cuisine. In 1992, he was named one of Omaha's ten best 4 Star Mobile Rating Restaurants. He received the 5 Point Bremensen Award, the Mainliner Excellence in Dining and Omaha Magazine's Best in Category Italian Restaurants (1992). Omaha Magazine named Salvatore's one of Omaha's top ten restaurants for dinner.
Fayrene L. Hamouz
Educator, University of Nebraska-Lincoln
She earned her B.S. in Food and Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. At the University of Washington she completed an internship in administrative dietetic. She became a registered dietitian. She earned an M.S. in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Nebraska and a PH.D. in Animal Science. She became Interim Assistant Dean for the College of Human Resources and Family Sciences in 1999. She was a member of the American Dietetic Association, Region II Chairperson for the Foodservice Management Education Council, member of the National Association of College and University Food Service, Nebraska Restaurant Association Advisory Board Member and lecturer for Nebraska School Food Service short course. She won an award for outstanding service from the Nebraska Restaurant Association and the College of Home Economics Outstanding Teaching Award (1991, 1992, 1993 and 2004).
Samuel B. Marvin
Owner, Manager and Director, Barnrds International
He was Chairman of the Methodist Hospital Board, Shared Services Ak-Sar-Ben Councilor, Chair for the Salvation Army Board and member of the Omaha Symphony Board and Executive Committee. He won a Bell Ringer Award, Junior Achievement Award, Board Chairman-Elect and National Bronze Leadership Award. He also received numerous awards from Arby's. He was a Council Bluffs Rotary executive committee member.

He was a founding and board member of the ABC Affiliated Distributors, a founding and board member of the United Institutional Distributors and board member of the National Bank of Commerce. He received the Annual Trailblazer Award.
Frederick J. Simon

He joined Omaha Steaks in 1959 and co-authored a cookbook, The Steak Lovers Companion. He was board member for the Direct Marketing Association, a board member with the Omaha Symphony, a board member for the Omaha Chamber of Commerce and a board member for United Arts Omaha. He won an Edward C. Jones Community Service Award from the American Meat Institute.
