• Michael was born in Ipswitch, England in 1965 He attended Grapevine High School in Grapevine Texas and then went on to El Centro Community College where he completed a 3-year culinary apprenticeship program

• Awarded People’s Choice Award three times at the Nebraska Pork Producers event
• Married to wife Jennifer, has three children, Sydney, Mitchell and Nikki
